How to make Rappie Pie:

Ingredients:

. 2 Tablespoon margarine

. 2 Chopped onions

. 4 Quarts of Chicken broth

. 4 pounds of boneless skinless chicken breasts

. 10 pound of potatoes, peeled and diced

. 2 tablespoons salt

. 1 tablespoon ground black pepper

It takes 1 hour to prepare with the ingredients and cook it for 2 hours 5 minutes and is ready to eat by 3 hour 5 minutes altogether.

Directions for preparing:

. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F or 200 Degrees C. Before that grease a 10*14*2 inch baking pan.

. Get the margarine heated in a skillet over medium heat and stir until the onion gets softened and translucent for about 5 minutes. Reduce the heat to low and continue with the cooking until the onion gets tender brown with 40 more minutes.

. Get the chicken broth to boil in a large pot with stirring the chicken breasts. Reduce the heat and simmer until the chicken remains no longer pink at centre. Within 20 minutes, one can remove the chicken from the heat and remove the chicken breasts to a plate with a slotted spoon for the reserve broth.

. Juice potatoes with electric juicer and place dry potatoes with flesh into bowl and discard the juice. Stir with salt and pepper added to taste. Stir it for long and reserve the broth to make mixture which consists of oatmeal along with set the remaining broth on both side.

. Spread half of the potato mixture which evenly gets into prepared pan and lay cooked chicken breasts evenly over potatoes. After that scatter the caramelized onion evenly over chicken. Spread the remaining potato with mixture over onions and chicken to cover.

. Bake the preparation until 1 hour in the preheated oven with golden brown tinge to appear and reheat chicken broth with serving to individuals as desired.
